REQUIRED INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL RECORDS

We congratulate all candidates who have been placed in our institute's graduate programs and wish them success.
Since it is not possible to register to two graduate programs at the same time, except for non-thesis programs, candidates who are currently registered in another graduate program will not be able to register to our Institute programs without deleting their other registrations.
1- Graduation Certificate; Original and one photocopy
Candidates who will enroll in master's programs must have a bachelor's degree.
Candidates who will enroll in doctoral programs must have a Thesis Master's degree.
Candidates who cannot submit their graduation documents will not be able to register definitively, even if they are successful.
2- Transcript Document; It is mandatory to submit the transcript during final registration. (An average of 4 or 100 must be calculated.)
3- Military Status Certificate (can be obtained from e-government)
4- ALES Certificate (A printout of the result document taken within the last 1 month with a control code on it)
5- Foreign Language Certificate (A printout of the result document taken within the last 1 month with a control code on it)
6- Passport photo taken in the last 6 months (2)
7- Photocopy of TR ID (For foreign national candidates, photocopy of passport along with the original)
8- TÖMER document (For foreign candidates)
9- Turkish citizens and foreign national candidates who studied abroad:
In addition to the documents above; They will also submit copies of their documents (graduation, transcript, passport, etc.) certified by a sworn translator to the Institute.
They will submit the Foreign Higher Education Diplomas Recognition Certificate or Equivalence Certificate to the Institute during final registration.
10- Candidates who will enroll in a master's program with thesis should bring a red plastic folder, candidates who will enroll in a doctoral program should bring a blue file, and candidates who will enroll in a non-thesis master's program should bring a yellow plastic wire folder.
During final registration, registration will be made with the originals of all documents, and only the candidates will be responsible for any situation that may arise from the discrepancy between the pre-registration statements and the final registration documents.
Final registration can be made in person or by notary power between the specified dates. Registration cannot be made by mail.
