APPLICATION CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER QUOTAS FOR 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER 

Application Dates: 31.07.2023-11.08.2023

If a horizontal transfer quota has been announced in the relevant year for the program to which the candidate wants to apply,

Applications for which the application system will not be used will be made to the Institute in person.

Documents Required for Application;

- Official letter from the Institute where the student is studying, stating his/her student status (the date of registration of the student must be stated)

- Document proving that no disciplinary punishment has been taken. (Can be specified in the transcript)

- Transcript document

- Contents and curricula of the courses taken, approved by the Institute

- Copy of identity card

- Petition regarding horizontal transfer request

Students who have completed at least one semester of a graduate program at a higher education institution other than the university and have been successful in all their courses can be accepted to graduate programs opened at the University through horizontal transfer within the framework of the principles specified in the Marmara University Postgraduate Education and Training Regulation.

The candidate applying for horizontal transfer must also meet the foreign language requirements in their postgraduate applications.
