To fill out the YÖK Thesis Data Entry Form;

1- Go to "https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi/".

2- Log in by clicking "Member login".

3- Click on the "Thesis Data Entry Form" link.

4- Fill in all fields on the screen that appears and save.

5- Finally, the document will be printed, signed and delivered to the Institute.

NOTE: Things to consider when filling out the form:

- Page number: The sum of the pages excluding the cover pages of the thesis (2 pages). (Number of pages in Roman numerals + Number of pages in Arabic numerals)

- Advisor: If the thesis has 2 official advisors, the information of both advisors is added. Apart from this, only the information of the current thesis advisor will be entered. Thesis defense jury is not added to the form.

- Department: Make sure that you enter your department and branch information correctly.
