REQUIRED INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS

The documents to be uploaded to the system during the application must be in ".pdf" or ".jpeg" format.

1-Graduation Certificate; Candidates applying for a Master's degree must have a bachelor's degree or be a student in the last semester of their undergraduate education. Candidates who will apply to PhD programs after master's degree must have graduated from master's programs or be able to graduate.

Students who cannot graduate before the final registration date will not be able to submit their graduation certificates, so their final registration will not be made, even if they are successful.
Candidates who are not graduates will not tick the graduate box in their applications and will not upload documents to this field.

2-Transcript Document;

It must be calculated according to the 4 or 100 system.
For applications to Doctorate Programs, a Thesis Master's Degree transcript must be uploaded.
For those who have not graduated from the undergraduate program at the time of applying to master's programs, their transcript must have a GPA of at least 7 semesters.
GPA will be updated after the applications are completed and since the current GPA of the graduated candidates will be processed, an update cannot be requested in case of a grade change.

3-A passport photo taken in the last 6 months will be uploaded. (Upload considering that your photo will be used in official transactions.)

Additionally, for Master's and Doctorate applications with thesis;

4-ALES result; After selecting the "year" and "period" in which the exam score to be used is taken, the data will be uploaded directly to the system from ÖSYM. At least 60 points must be obtained for master's degree and 65 points must be obtained for doctorate.

5-Foreign Language Certificate (YDS or equivalent); After selecting the "exam name", "year" and "period" to be used, the data will be uploaded directly to the system from ÖSYM. For exams for which data cannot be obtained from ÖSYM, the relevant exam information must be entered and the result document must be uploaded to the system. Foreign Language Score must be at least 40 for master's degree (48 for TOEFL IBT) and at least 55 for doctorate (66 for TOEFL IBT).

Turkish citizens and foreign candidates who studied abroad:

In addition to the documents above; They are required to upload their documents (graduation, transcript, certificate and other) to the system, approved and signed by a sworn translator.
